CriticaLog&rsquo;s Expertise: CriticaLog focuses on transporting high-value items such as electronics, automobile spare parts, jewelry, and pharmaceuticals, serving over 400 organizations, including multinational corporations.
Enhanced Reach: Shadowfax plans to integrate CriticaLog&rsquo;s services into its extensive network, spanning over 2,500 cities and 18,000 pin codes, to offer tailored logistics solutions across multiple sectors.
Shadowfax&rsquo;s Growth Momentum:
The logistics platform recorded a 32% revenue growth in FY24, reaching ₹1,884.8 crore compared to ₹1,415 crore in FY23, according to TheKredible.
Shadowfax&rsquo;s services include reverse logistics with quality checks, same-day deliveries (Prime services), and ultra-fast 10-minute quick commerce deliveries.
This acquisition positions Shadowfax to further solidify its leadership in India&rsquo;s logistics sector, particularly in high-value and critical logistics, catering to diverse industries with tailored solutions.
