Nissan Motor India has announced plans to expand its product lineup with the launch of two all-new models&mdash;a 7-seater B-MPV and a 5-seater C-SUV&mdash;aimed at strengthening its presence in high-growth segments.
The 7-seater B-MPV is set to debut in FY25, followed by the 5-seater C-SUV in early FY26. Both vehicles were showcased at the Global Product Showcase Event in Yokohama, Japan, and are designed to cater to the aspirations of Indian customers.
Nissan will manufacture these models at its Alliance JV plant in Chennai, ensuring adherence to global quality standards. The company also aims to export these vehicles as part of its "One Car, One World" vision, reinforcing India's role as a key manufacturing hub.
With these new additions, Nissan targets 100,000 units in annual domestic sales and exports. By FY26, it plans to have four models in India, building on the success of the Nissan Magnite and expanding its footprint in both domestic and international markets.
