Global technology consulting giant Accenture has acquired Hyderabad-based edtech company TalentSprint from NSE Academy Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The acquisition aims to strengthen Accenture&rsquo;s LearnVantage platform by expanding its capabilities in delivering high-impact bootcamps, university certifications, and enterprise-driven training programs.
Founded in 2009 by Santanu Paul, Madhumurty Ronanki, and J.A. Chowdary, TalentSprint is known for its transformational learning programs developed in collaboration with top academic institutions and leading enterprise technology providers. The platform offers bootcamps, certifications, and e-degrees across disruptive technologies and emerging management domains such as AI, data science, cybersecurity, semiconductor technology, and sustainability.
With offices in Hyderabad and Sunnyvale, California, TalentSprint&rsquo;s team of approximately 210 professionals will now become part of Accenture LearnVantage. This move is expected to enhance LearnVantage&rsquo;s mission of reskilling and upskilling talent in an AI-powered global economy.
