Tito's Group is planning to IPO and raise funds to expand as it prepares to sell a stake and go public with Rs 1,000 crore valuation. Tito's Group, whose Goan nightclubs include the legendary Cafe Mambo and Club Tito's, is expanding rapidly. Since its inception in 1971, the company has expanded to become a leading player in the tourism and hospitality sector in Goa, attracting millions of tourists every year from within and abroad. The company aims to offer a 10% stake in Tito's Resorts and Hospitalities, which has been valued at $115.6 million (about ₹950 crore) and is contemplating an IPO of ₹1,000 crore.
Tito's has revealed that it intends to reduce its stake in the SME IPO to at least 30% even though it has not yet launched an offer for sale. The company has already started the process of contacting the potential investors but has not revealed their names. Ricardo D'Souza, Tito's co-owner, pointed out that the IPO is not yet a top priority and that the share sale is made before the IPO. It's valued on its land, brand, and existing business, he explained.
Tito's is going to be able to raise funds from the proposed IPO to support its venture into new markets. Although the group's nightlife is its most well-known feature, it is considering diversifying into software services, real estate, and perhaps the casino sector. In light of Thailand's new casino legislation, Tito's, which is present in both Thailand and the United Arab Emirates, is looking for ways to get into the casino industry. To further leverage its strong reputation, the group is also thinking about establishing casinos in Goa. 
With SMEs having raised over ₹5,700 crore in the last year, the SME IPO sector in India has been flourishing. Tito intends to take advantage of this trend by putting itself in a position for long-term growth and offering new equity shares to the general public. Tito's is getting ready to grow outside of India as competition in the travel industry intensifies, particularly with places like Vietnam and Thailand.
