Mosaic Wellness, the parent company of health and wellness brands Man Matters, Boywise, and Little Joys, has raised ₹175 crore (~$20 million) in a fresh funding round led by Think Investment. The capital infusion was formalized through the allotment of 16,279 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at ₹1,07,500 each, according to regulatory filings accessed via the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
The new funds will be used to fuel the company&rsquo;s growth, drive expansion initiatives, and support general corporate activities. Following this round, Mosaic Wellness is valued at approximately $400 million, with Think Investment acquiring a 5.04% stake in the company.
Founded in 2020 by Revant Bhate and Dhyanesh Shah, Mosaic Wellness operates as a digital-first consumer health platform, managing targeted brands catering to men, women, and children. Its flagship brand, Man Matters, provides solutions spanning skincare, sexual wellness, hygiene, and nutrition.
With this round, the company&rsquo;s total funding stands at over $65 million. Its previous $24 million Series A round in 2021 was led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Elevation Capital and Matrix Partners India. Elevation remains the company&rsquo;s largest external shareholder.
Financially, Mosaic Wellness has shown strong growth, reporting a 61.7% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹333 crore in FY24, up from ₹206 crore in FY23. The company also reduced its net losses by 37.1%, bringing them down to ₹39 crore.
