The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of MET&rsquo;s Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the Training and Placement Cell and Institution&rsquo;s Innovation Council (IIC), proudly organized INSPIREX 2025&mdash;a full-day entrepreneurial workshop and simulation event designed to cultivate innovation, leadership, and startup thinking among 250+ BTech students. 
The event commenced with a high-impact workshop led by Mr. Sunil Chandak, Founder of Udyogwardhini, a pioneer in entrepreneurship development in Maharashtra. With over 70,000+ entrepreneurs mentored under his leadership and 6,000+ training programs conducted, Mr. Chandak shared profound insights on &ldquo;Getting Started with Startups&rdquo; &mdash; covering the mindset, vision, and execution strategies essential for budding entrepreneurs. His session deeply resonated with students, leaving them inspired to take charge of their startup journeys. 
The seamless execution of INSPIREX 2025 was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the E-Cell team and volunteers, each taking charge of specific responsibilities to ensure every detail was flawlessly managed. Samarth Kuwar handled the seminar hall logistics including keys, etc, while Pallavi Thoke and Rutuja Gavali managed d&eacute;cor items, etc. The anchoring team for the workshop&mdash;Vaishnavi, Tanmay, and Aditya Sonje &mdash;set the tone with an engaging introduction and felicitation. Guest coordination and welcome were efficiently managed by Samarth along with Prof. Umesh Pathak, while Abhishek and Manas took care of kit and coupons distribution. External hall coordination was overseen by Roshan Bhagat and Siddharth. Samiksha (FE) delivered the vote of thanks, and presentation support was handled by Yash and Bhushan (FE). Event moments were captured by Rohan (FE) and Adney, with videography by Kapil (FE), and technical support provided by Ashwin Shinde. The IDEASTORM competition was coordinated by a core team comprising Vidhi Belani, Abhishek Pawar, Tanmay Hirodkar, Samarth Kuwar, Pratik Bhand, and Rutuja Gavali Anchoring duties for IDEASTORM were carried out energetically by Roshan Bhagat and Kavita Borade, while Adney Sangle, Rohan, Kapil, Ashwin Shinde, and FE students ensured all photography and videography tasks were thoroughly managed. This collective effort and well-structured task division contributed to the overall success and professionalism of INSPIREX 2025. 
Following the workshop, the second half of the day witnessed the most anticipated competition: IDEASTORM &ndash; The Ultimate Brainwave Challenge. 
IDEASTORM: Where Innovation Meets Chaos 
IDEASTORM was designed to challenge students in a high-pressure, team-based simulation where innovation arises from adversity. The format included: 
● Round 1 &ndash; Chaos Code: Teams worsened business scenarios with unpredictable twists and challenges. 
● Round 2 &ndash; Revival Sprint: Rival teams solved these chaotic scenarios with smart, feasible solutions. 
● Round 3 &ndash; Final Pitch: Teams presented their revival strategies, defending their ideas before coordinators and peers. 
Each round tested creativity, practicality, teamwork, and communication&mdash;turning theoretical learning into hands-on experience. 
Collaborations that Empowered InspireX 
● IIC (Institution&rsquo;s Innovation Council) 
Played a pivotal role in aligning the event with national innovation standards under the Ministry of Education&rsquo;s mandate, promoting real-world entrepreneurship and creativity on campus. 
● Smart Rookie (Smart Student App) 
As a digital engagement partner, Smart Rookie incentivized student participation by awarding Smart Points for attending the workshop, building LinkedIn profiles, and engaging in startup activities&mdash;making learning both measurable and rewarding. 
● One Folk Caf&eacute; &amp; Restaurant 
As the Associate Sponsor, One Folk Caf&eacute; added a delightful flavor to the event, providing refreshments and uplifting the vibe with their strong support for youth-centric initiatives. Their sponsorship was a symbol of local businesses supporting student innovation. 
Closing Ceremony &amp; Recognition 
The event concluded with the felicitation of winners and participants. Students were awarded under categories like:
